Fate of The Empress Guide: Hero Tier List - Princess Linglong - S

Ok so Underworld Soul is going on in Fate of The Empress and everyone is asking if they should get Princess Linglong, so I decided to make this review about her. Originally Jiodi rated her rank A but I wanna give her a little more credit so I rate her S and I'll explain why.

Please just take this as a suggestion when choosing heroes for your team.

• Gem/Stat Priority: acc/agi > dmg res/hp/def/eva

(Jiodi) I’m going to get so much hate for this but I really think Princess Lingong is underrated. I haven’t been able to use her the way I need to test my theory, but I think there is a role she does wonderfully - and that is hybrid support/control on a team with not enough slots for roles. Like if you can’t run Guiguzi/Daji and Wu Zetian on the same team because there isn’t enough room for them, run this hero instead! For instance: MC Guard/Mozi/Ying Zheng/Zhuang Zhou/Daiochan/??? - I believe Linglong would fit there better than Wu/Daji/Googoo.

(Linkai) Ok so Linglong is a hybrid Gourmet/Doctor, her Rage skill is increasing ATK and AGI for the whole team, if you can't afford Wu Zetian, she's the choice for AGI buff and you can get her easily in Underworld Soul event's shop. Her Passive skill will have 70% chance to decrease 20% DEF of the target. She can actively stun enemies with her Active skill too. The chance will be 29%*(1+ACC) so even though she's a Gourmet, make sure you put ACC gems on her too. Make her fast and you can assign a Penguin to her, which will give her more chances to release Active skills and stun people.
