Fate of The Empress Guide: Hero Tier List - Lotus Fairy - B (To be updated)

Ok so it's last day of Underworld Soul in Fate of The Empress and the question "Should I get Linglong or Lotus Fairy" is still going on. To be honest we still need a little more testing but the event will end soon so I will give a small insight into your decision.

I will also answer another question "Is she better than Taiping?".

Please just take this as a suggestion when choosing heroes for your team.

(Jiodi) *UNTESTED* Lotus Fairy is kinda trash. Her look and aesthetic is kind of awesome, sans her weird headshot in game (where she looks like half her face is melting) and, on paper, her rage and passive seem like an upgraded version of Princess Taiping. But here’s the rub - her active skill doesn’t do anything! She’s supposed to be a UR, and she’s really hard to get, and her main attack does nothing but damage. This is kind of a waste of a team slot. At least you can run her fast. She does have a dot and her rage skill is immune to acc, at least. I’m sure if I actually had her I’d be able to find something to do with her. Maybe she should be treated as more of a damage dealer.

(Linkai) Ok so Jiodi rated her C but I will give B because I think if treating her as a hybrid damage dealer/doctor, she may be not that bad. Her selling point is, of course, her rage and passive skills, which you can poison and stun/confuse the enemies at one time. Her Active skill is really not giving any other effect as a Doctor, but not gonna lie her Active skill makes the most damage to most enemies among all UR Doctors. As a damage dealer/doctor, she will need ATK and ACC at the same time, and AGI if need to make her fast. Pet? This is my theory and needs to test a bit but I will say Brave/Naughty Hydra. Naughty Hydra's skill will deal DMG and a chance to freeze which scales with ACC. Brave Hydra's skill is quite a lottery, however, any of those effects will work with her nature too.

Ok, so, is she better than Taiping? I won't say that. This is not because I think Lotus is worse than Taiping BUT I don't think we can compare them like that because their roles and how you build them are different. Taiping is quite underrated and I will say why in her review, but basically, she's a good slow doctor, whom you don't need to invest AGI gems on her and if she can do her role well without that expensive gem while you can use that for other heroes, I would say that a huge advantage, especially if you are F2P player. Most of the time people ask me this question, I know your purpose is finding a good doctor to replace Taiping, and if that's the case and you can ONLY afford 1 Doctor, you should get a really good one that plays the doctor role well like Guiguzi, Daji, Ying Zheng (You can actually get them by using ingots to buy the tea in Summoning Tea), or Mi Yue, than wasting on a hybrid one.

Maybe she will work if you lack a slot in the team. For example, when you already deploy all your other heroes and you have 1 slot left for either a Scholar or a Doctor but you need both, then you can put her in to play both roles?
